Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and it was time to replace it (it was 34 years old). Arden was able to come give an estimate the same day as I called and the furnace was installed the next day! Price was fair and he did not try to up sell us. Work was high quality. Jacob fixed our 27 year old gas furnace in less than an hour when another company made two visits and couldn't. We have a new air conditioner and it still has a warranty, but the service center doesn`t want to send a worker even to check the problem. They say if we want we can bring the air conditioner to them. So I had to call an HVAC professional. While I was checking yellow pages I found this one. It`s an unpleasant feeling to give your almost new purchase in the hands of some1 you don`t know. But I have to say that in just a few hours the conditioner was working very well, like before. December 2017 my furnace stopped working. I came across Mr.Arden's company and was in luck. He came out the day he promised and fixed my fan. It was a temporary fix while he ordered a new furnace and all the supplies needed to put in a whole new system. My gas prices dropped drastically. I was so happy with his work I had him install an A/C unit aswell. Talking to him I noticed he is very knowledgable and understands how to talk to customers. Had the most wonderful experience with Jacob with Arden HVAC. When our furnace quit, I reviewed HVAC businesses. I spoke to Jacob with Arden HVAC. I could tell right away in just chatting with him on the phone that he was the one. One thing to note, I am an old woman that does not know anything about HVAC. Fast, professional and reasonably priced! I had issues with a new thermostat I installed and they were able to diagnose that the issue was with the thermostat itself. Came back the next morning and installed a new thermostat that fired right up! They also explained why the old unit didn't work and walked me through how the furnace operates. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.
